This summer, I had the huge privilege to collaborate with the digital marketing team at Tyndale House Publishers to create content that would promote the publisher’s brand, backlist titles, and frontlist titles.
I was trusted to take the lead on two key campaigns for October: “Fall into Fiction,” a sale promoting all Tyndale’s fiction titles at a limited-time discount of 40% off; and Pastor Appreciation Month, a sale on resources for pastors and books written by pastors, and an opportunity to use Tyndale’s platform to honor God’s work through faithful pastors everywhere.
Aside from these campaigns, I wrote seventeen blog posts for Tyndale’s website, created eighteen product landing pages, and assisted in creating and publishing numerous YouTube and TikTok videos.
Here is a quick peek into what I created this summer.
Fall into Fiction
What trope are you falling for this season? [Video]
Working with Tyndale’s social media coordinator, Bethany Russell, I created a reel/short-form video to engage a fiction reader audience and increase visibility of Tyndale’s fiction titles and Fall into Fiction sale.

What should your next novel be? [Quiz]

Bethany and I also created a quiz to generate customer attraction, engagement, and excitement toward Tyndale’s newest releases in fiction.
Ready to find your next great read? Take this fun quiz to discover which new release best matches your reading style—whether you crave suspense, heartwarming romance, or deep family secrets.
All four Christian novels center on resilient women who confront secrets, personal challenges, and transformative journeys, weaving themes of family, forgiveness, and courage.
On sale: over 600 fiction titles [Email]
Are the trees in your neighborhood changing color yet? As children, we all gathered a pile of leaves and jumped in, right? Maybe you still do as an adult. There is nothing more satisfying than the crunch of that crisp foliage.
I worked with Ash Egler, Tyndale’s email marketing specialist, to write copy for email campaigns, test subject lines, and schedule emails via HubSpot (a CRM and marketing platform). I created an email announcement for the Fall into Fiction campaign with the goal to delight current fans, encourage further purchases, and optimize open rates and click-through rates.
Pastor Appreciation Month
3 ways to honor and bless your pastors this month [Social]
I designed this graphic as a seamless carousel for social media. The heart behind it was to honor pastors and demonstrate care for the church as Tyndale stewards their platform.

Pastor Appreciation Month: Readers Share How Pastors Have Made Impacts [Blog]

What would we do without our pastors and church leaders? Our pastors are worthy of “respect and wholehearted love” (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13, NLT) for the way that they shepherd, teach, equip, and build up our churches.
As part of the Pastor Appreciation Month, I had the idea to send a survey to Tyndale’s Reader Rewards (loyalty program) audience. We asked them to describe how their pastors had made an impact on their lives, and we received over a hundred stories, which inspired this word cloud design. I selected a few stories and wrote this article to honor and thank church leaders.
Don’t forget to honor your pastor! [Email]
Did you know that October is Pastor Appreciation Month? Our leaders are worthy of “great respect and wholehearted love” (1 Thessalonians 5:12–13) for the way that they shepherd, teach, equip, and build up our churches.
I created this email to raise awareness of Pastor Appreciation Month, share practical ideas for readers to appreciate their pastors, and foster a sense of community.
Other Projects
Seeing Scripture Anew: An Interview with Author Chris Tiegreen [Blog]

I was excited and honored to learn that my first assignment on the first day of my internship was to write interview questions for Chris Tiegreen, author of more than 60 devotionals, Bible studies, and spiritual growth books. Read the full article here.
How to Have a Quiet Time When You Don’t Know Where to Start [Blog]
A quiet time, or devotional time, can look very different from one believer to another. It might include an hour with your Bible, a devotional book, and a prayer journal in a cozy chair at the crack of dawn. Or perhaps it is twenty minutes in the parking lot before work, reading Scripture on your phone and asking God to help you display his love. Read more.
Bible Verse Blog Posts
I wrote a total of twelve Bible verse blog posts for Tyndale.com with the goals of attracting new customers through search engine optimization, increasing Tyndale’s brand visibility, and delighting previous customers by providing content of value. YouTube Videos
I worked with Dawn Eaton, a content marketing coordinator at Tyndale, to take photos of products and serve as a hand model for a few book flip-through videos (an example can be found below). On the backend, I scheduled a total of 46 videos for Tyndale’s YouTube and TikTok channels by choosing titles and hashtags, crafting descriptions, and optimizing platform settings and release dates.
Collaboration & Presentations

I’m incredibly grateful for this digital marketing experience in Christian publishing. This role clicked with my interests, drive, strengths, and personality in an unexpected and extremely satisfying way. What I loved most was getting to work with a dedicated and prayerful team, doing work that makes a Kingdom impact. Only God knows what’s next for me, but I’m excited to see His plans unfold as I graduate from Purdue University with a double major in marketing and professional writing in May 2026.
