I just had an article published on The Wilting Rose Project! “What Does It Mean to Look to God?” is a special article to me because the phrase “look to God” is used a lot, but it can feel ambiguous and unhelpful at times.
So I set out to see what the Bible said about this mysterious saying. The “phrase study” turned out to be both groundbreaking and really fun.
In their own words, The Wilting Rose Project’s goal is to encourage other young women and let them know that broken is beautiful, that wilted is not worthless, and that because of Christ’s death and resurrection, they are perfect and beloved by the King. I am super excited to work with them.

This is great ? I like how you unpacked the idea of looking to God. So often we just use terminology but don’t really fully understand it so this is helpful.
Thank you, Elizabeth! I agree—when we go deeper, we learn so much more about the Bible and how we should live as God’s people.
